Delivery & returns

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 27 European Union countries. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Your shipping confirmation will contain tracking information when available.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Tell us within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return it. We offer free return shipping. Email info@badboycosmetics.nl with your order number or use your customer account to request a return. We will provide return instructions.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and photos so we can help. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Choosing your lights

How do I choose the right design?

Measure the usable ceiling area and compare it with the dimensions on the product page. Check the colour, layout and included components before ordering. For help, email your room dimensions and preferred model.

Do all lights change colour?

No. Choose the RGB model for multicolour lighting. White, blue, green and pink models are listed separately; check the selected product before ordering.

How are the lights installed?

Follow the installation instructions supplied with your model. Check that the ceiling and fixing points are suitable. Any connection to mains wiring should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Installation is not included.

Which payment methods can I use?

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout for your country and currency.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled, you can request cancellation through your customer account. Once dispatched, you can use the returns process.
