1. About these terms

2. Products and ordering

Read the product description, dimensions, colour and included components before placing an order. Lifestyle images illustrate possible installations; room furnishings, vehicles and installation services are not included. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived colours. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match the contract.

By submitting an order with an obligation to pay, you offer to purchase the listed goods at the checkout total. We send an order acknowledgement by email. Acceptance is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless an earlier acceptance is expressly communicated. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Applicable taxes and any charges are shown before you submit the order. Standard shipping within the EU is free. Payment methods available for your location are displayed at checkout. We will not add undisclosed charges after purchase.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days. See our shipping policy for details. If delivery is delayed, your applicable statutory remedies remain available. Risk of loss normally passes when you or your designated recipient receives the goods.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We offer free return shipping. See our return and refund policy for the process, deadlines and optional withdrawal form. You may also request cancellation or a return through your customer account.

6. Installation and product care

Follow the instructions supplied with your model and ensure the installation location is suitable. Use a qualified electrician where mains wiring is required. Installation services are not included. These instructions do not limit our responsibility for defective or non-conforming goods.

7. Legal guarantee and complaints

You retain all statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods, including the applicable EU minimum two-year legal guarantee and any longer protection available under local law. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can work towards a solution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed. Marketing consent is optional and separate from purchasing.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Statutory rights concerning the competent court remain unaffected.
