14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts when the last item is received.

How to request a free return

Notify Al Bayati Holding by email at info@badboycosmetics.nl, by post to the address below, or through your customer account. Include your name and order number. A clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient; using the sample form below is optional. We will provide a free return label or prepaid return instructions. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please pack all included components securely, preferably in the original packaging. Opening the packaging does not by itself remove your withdrawal right. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

We refund payments received, including any standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. Any additional cost of a delivery method you chose above our standard delivery is not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it. We cover necessary return costs for defective or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights to goods that conform to the contract, including the applicable EU minimum legal guarantee of two years and any longer rights under local law, remain unaffected by this policy.

Cancellation before dispatch

You can request cancellation before fulfilment through your customer account or by contacting us. If the order has already been dispatched, the withdrawal and return process above applies.
