Shipping policy

Free shipping across the EU

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to all 27 European Union countries, with no minimum order value. Availability for your delivery address is confirmed at checkout. We currently focus on EU destinations.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you. This delivery estimate does not limit your statutory rights.

Tracking and delivery details

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Please enter a complete address, including the house number and postcode, and check your email address before placing an order.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email info@badboycosmetics.nl with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or your designated recipient, subject to applicable consumer law.
